CONGRATULATIONS! on bowling a certified/sanctioned scratch 600 series which entitles you to join our San Jose Women’s 600 Club.  You’ll find our application, along with the National 600 Club, Inc. application here on the website.  You can download them both, complete them, and then send them to our Secretary/Treasurer.  Her name and address are on our application.  Be sure to include proof of your 600 series (a copy of your recap sheet or a standing sheet that includes your 600 scratch series in the stats.)  You can write 1 check, made out to the San Jose Women’s 600 Club, to cover both our San Jose Women’s 600 Club membership fee and the National 600 Club’s lifetime membership fee.
